This M'Heritage pan is made with a high quality solid copper and 18/10 stainless steel interior. The copper allows unsurpassed heat distribution and control, and the stainless steel interior is ideal for all daily cooking needs. The stainless steel is plated to the copper by lamination thereby achieving a uniform 2 - 2.5mm gauge layer over the whole pan for professional use. Designed by Mauviel, top of the range stay-cool cast iron handles, fixed by sturdy stainless steel rivets give M'Heritage cookware that professional quality and traditional design. Width: 20cm, Depth: 11cm, Capacity: 3.5 litres. These pans are not suitable for induction hobs or the dishwasher. Oven safe to 240C/475F or Gas Mark 9. All Mauviel M'Heritage copper cookware comes with a 25 year guarantee.
