All products within the Le Creuset 3-ply range use high grade stainless steel with a dash of aluminium as the main ingredients. The technically advanced 3-ply metal sandwich uses an aluminium core to spread the heat evenly, so there are no hotspots. Le Creuset 3-Ply is equally at home on gas or electric hobs and has been designed to work brilliantly on induction hobs too, with a maximum oven temperature of 220°C or Gas Mark 7. Le Creuset 3-Ply Care & Use

Le Creuset 3-Ply pans are designed to work with all heat sources, including induction hobs. The pans are oven safe to 220°C/Gas Mark 7 and the shallow pans can be safely used under the grill. For items with a non-stick coating you should condition the non-stick surface before using for the first time. Rub a film of vegetable or corn oil over the entire non-stick surface using kitchen paper, the rinse with hot water and dry the pan thoroughly.

Pans should be allowed to cool before they are washed. Hand washing is recommended, as this will prolong the appearance and non-stick surfaces of your 3-Ply cookware. Although these pans are dishwasher safe, only domestic strength dishwasher detergents should be used, and pans should be reconditioned with oil, as above, afterwards. Please note, prolonged, regular dishwashing may discolour or mark your 3-Ply cookware and affect the performance of non-stick surfaces. Le Creuset regard this as normal wear and tear and it is not covered by the guarantee.
