The favourite knives of famous chef and culinary alchemist, Heston Blumenthal. This superb set contains the 21cm Tojiro carving knife and the 17cm Tojiro carving fork from the Senkou range. Tojiro Senkou knives are superbly crafted cutting implements designed for use by the worlds best chefs. The knife has an 8¼ inch blade made from multi-layered, Damascus style steel containing Rockwell 60º - 62º hard steel for a superbly sharp edge. The handle is made from practical, hardwearing and stylish Micarta, inlayed with stainless steel which can be engraved if required.
