This Stellar Sabatier Knife is the medium sized Chef's Knife . A favourite in the kitchen, it is an extremely versitile knife which can be used for mincing, slicing and chopping vegetables and meats.

• 20cm/8 inch blade.
• Stainless steel containing Molybdenum means long stain and rust free use.
• Solid spun rivets ensure the handle will never work loose.
• Blades forged with a 'bolster' for weight, balance and safety.
• Full 'tang' forms the centre of the handles.
