| The Stellar Sabatier Cleaver is perfect for cutting apart a chicken or separating ribs. Cleavers are primarily used for cutting through thin or soft bones and through hard vegetables such as squash, where twisting may chip or shatter a slicing knife. • 14cm/5 inch slightly curved blade.
