Individual Knives

Kitchen knives come in numerous shapes and sizes, from general all-purpose chef's knives to specialised knives like bread knives or boning knives. Remember - different cutting jobs require different blades and knife sizes - using the proper kitchen knife for the job is safer and makes preparation easier. The main kitchen knives section page contains a small guide to kitchen knives if you need a little advice, plus links to accessories for the care and maintenance of your knives.
