When you select your preferred payment method during checkout, our payment partners (Sagepay and PayPal) process your details using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption method; your payment details are encrypted during the payment process.

When this is happening you will see a small padlock symbol in your browser - this means that your payment details are totally safe from prying eyes (Pots and Pans does not have access to your confidential payment information) only our payment providers can see them. (Some browsers don't have this symbol; if the address of the web page starts with https, this also confirms you're secure). This method is the recognised standard for secure transactions.
