| The 3-ply Stainless Steel Mediterranean Casserole is a truly versatile pan and is ideal for many different recipes and cooking styles. Its beautiful design means the pan can be taken straight from the kitchen to the table with style. The wide base allows plenty of room to cook ingredients in one layer which ensures even heating and browning. The uncoated stainless steel interior is ideal for searing meat, fish and vegetables allowing them to caramelise adding delicious flavour to the finished recipe. It is also perfect for making tasty risottos, paella or pilaff. The Shallow Casserole can be used without the lid as a frying or saute pan on the hob or as a roasting/baking pan in the oven.
