| The Jamie Oliver Hard Anodised Induction 30cm large frying pan has a 6-layer, Pro-Metal non-stick coating, tough enough that metal utensils can be used safely. The body of the pan is designed for optimum and even heat distribution meaning no 'hot spots', and the magnetic stainless steel base ensures that all items in this range can be used on ALL cooking hobs, including induction. The riveted stainless steel handles have a silicone insert making them not only comfortable to use, but oven safe to 260 degrees C. The 'Thermo-Spot' circle on the interior base lets you know when the pan is hot enough to start cooking and there is a flared lip for easy drip-free pouring.
