how to use this website

The Pots and Pans website has been designed to make it easy for you to find what you're after. It's up to you how you use it...

• Shop by brand - click on the brand logo to see the full range

• Shop by product – use our product finder to search by category (cookware, kitchen knives, tableware etc)

• search for specific products (using the search box at the top right of the page)

• or just have a look around the site!

Finding the product you're after is easy: just type a word into the search box such as 'baking', and every product associated with baking will appear on the search results page.

Tip: Try being as specific as possible to narrow down your search. Typing the word 'baking' will show you lots of results, but if you're actually after a baking tray, type 'baking tray' - the results will be much more relevant.

Alternatively, just type the reference number of the product you're looking for.

how to order

Find a product you want and click 'add to basket' - it'll then be added to your mini shopping basket (you can see this up in the top right). Once you've got everything that you want in your basket, click on 'view order' to continue.

'Checkout' is just like a till in a real shop: its here that you pay for your shopping. On the website this involves you entering your address and credit/debit card details.
