Henckels FRIODUR ice hardened special formula steel and riveted, full tang synthetic handles. Broad, long blade with very sharp cutting edge. Perfect for preparing meat, fish and vegetable the Asian way. The large blade protects the hand even when cutting small items. Not suitable as a cleaver.
