delivery pricing and times

FREE DELIVERY WHEN YOU SPEND £50

We pride ourselves on our fast delivery service and aim to despatch all orders promptly: you should receive yours within 2-5 working days. If for some reason your parcel doesn't arrive within 10 working days, please contact us.

If at any time, or for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase(s), we'll give you a full refund with no fuss, no time limit and with free return postage. It's all part of the Pots and Pans guarantee.
 

To do this, please call one of our friendly Customer Services Advisors on 01877 332 701 before returning your purchase, as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to have the inconvenience of sending a product back to us.

Standard Delivery - £4.95 or FREE if you spend £50 or more in a single order
Express Delivery - only £7.95

These rates apply to each individual mainland UK delivery address. Regrettably, express delivery is not available to non UK mainland addresses.

We also offer an express delivery service. The cost of this service is only £7.95.
 

Place your order before 12 noon Monday to Thursday choose Express Delivery and we'll despatch your order by Next Day Courier service for delivery the following working day. We can't make weekend deliveries so orders placed before 12 noon Friday will be delivered the following Monday, and orders placed after 12 noon Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Express Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays.
 

We are unable to specify a time for Express deliveries - delivery can take place any time between 8am and 6pm. This service requires a signature so please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel.
 

Scottish Highlands and Islands

Express delivery isn't guaranteed to certain remote areas. Where applicable, deliveries will be completed as quickly as possible.
 

Please note: VAT will be removed at checkout for all Channel Island deliveries.

overseas delivery

We regularly despatch to overseas destinations and because of our high volumes we are able to offer very competitive rates to Europe, North America and the rest of the world.
