Delivery Information UK Mainland (including Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and Skye)Our STANDARD DELIVERY charge for mainland U.K. is £4.75 per order (any number of items up to 30kg). We aim to despatch your order as quickly as possible with delivery within 3-4 workings days. Spend over £50 and this option is free - see below for details.
We also offer an EXPRESS DELIVERY service. For orders of £50.00 and over, Express Delivery is only £1.95. For orders up to £50.00 Express Delivery is £5.95. Place your order before 12 noon Monday to Thursday, choose Express Delivery and we'll despatch your order by Parcelforce Next Day Courier service for delivery the following working day. We can't make weekend deliveries so orders placed before 12 noon Friday will be delivered the following Monday, and orders placed after 12 noon Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Express Deliveries are not made on Bank Holidays. We are unable to specify a time for Express Deliveries - delivery can take place any time between 8am and 6pm. This service requires a signature so please ensure someone is available to sign for your parcel.
FREE STANDARD DELIVERY: Spend £50 or more (including VAT) to receive a standard shipping discount on your order (£4.75 including VAT, £4.04 exluding VAT). Pricing and Delivery for Customers in the USA and Other Parts of the World Our displayed prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 17.5%. This sales tax is not applicable on sales outside the EU and will be deducted from orders to the USA, Canada and the rest of the world during checkout. Divide our displayed price by 1.175 to get the price you will pay.

Shipping
Shipping charges are based on size and weight. When you place your order an estimated shipping charge of £45 is added automatically to your order. We will then contact you with the actual cost of sending the goods to enable you to agree (or not) to the delivery charge before we send them and before your card is debited. We use Parcelforce for these deliveries, and due to the large quantity of goods we send abroad, we have been able to negotiate special prices. As a rough guide typical delivery costs to North America are:
2 kilos = £21
5 kilos = £30
10 kilos = £40
Delivery takes about 5 - 10 working days. Please mark deliveries as 'UNCHECKED' when you sign for them in case there has been damage in transit.
Items such as kitchen knives are relatively inexpensive to send and large savings can be made on the prices charged in North America. Denby is one of the most popular items we send but it is quite heavy and requires a considerable amount of packaging. However, it is a lot less expensive on our website to start with which usually makes it well worth while. As an example, a 20 piece set costing £150 would cost about £37.50 to deliver. Dunoon mugs are also very popular items and sample delivery prices are: 1 set of 3 mugs - about £25. Electrical goods in Europe are 220V - 240V and therefore are normally not suitable for North America.
