By making our delivery costs transparent it enables us to keep the price for each item as low as possible - usually, when other companies offer 'free' delivery, the delivery charge is built into each item. If you buy more than one item, you could end up paying a delivery charge several times over. For delivery charges off the mainland, and for countries outside the UK, place your order as normal and you will receive an automated response from the website. We will contact you afterwards with the cost of sending the goods to enable you to agree (or not) to the additional charge before we send them and before your card is debited. We use Parcelforce for these deliveries, and due to the large quantity of goods we send abroad, we have been able to negotiate special prices.
Notes for Customers From EuropePricing All our prices are in pounds sterling and include value added tax at 17.5%. For the Channel Isles and countries outside the E.U. this may be deducted - simply divide the price by 1.175. For example an item marked at £20 would only cost £17.02. Exchange rates vary and are determined by your credit card provider at the time of purchase.
